We aim to lead and inspire through compassion, support, inclusion, excellence and expertise in all that we do, to create opportunities for all and make a significant difference to supporting and helping individuals realise their potential and succeed.

OUR PILLARS

We work across 4 pillars namely Community, Education, Enterprises and Employment, using training, coaching and mentoring, wellbeing and community initiatives to support individuals and business to achieve their full potential.

COMMUNITY

With a focus on both mental and physical wellbeing, our community initiatives tackle isolation and loneliness, money management, food poverty and the cost of living crisis.

Our centre is a hub for these activities and also provides a warm, safe space for the community to come together.

EDUCATION

For us, we approach education in a variety of ways.

We have worked within schools and in collaboration with colleges as well as providing space for young adults with Autism to consolidate their education and work on their personal development.

EMPLOYMENT

From the beginning, CE3 have always been a trail blazer when it comes to employment. Providing general employability courses as well as more niche programmes to ensure the right people are getting the right information to move them forward in their professional lives.

ENTERPRISE

Providing incubator space to give budding entrepreneurs a strong starting point for their business venture.

Onsite professional development from our skilled team is constantly available to these business owners.
